Hosting and server log data
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit it, the web server automatically records information your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. This data is used solely for the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log files are kept as long as the hoster specifies and then deleted or anonymised. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hoster.
Encryption
The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection (TLS).
Language setting in your browser
When you choose a language or close the language hint, this choice is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so the site appears in the same language on your next visit. It stays on your device, is not sent to the server and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings. Storing it is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
Contact by email
If you email me, I process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
External links
Links to GitHub, npm and other services are plain links. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click such a link; their privacy policy then applies.
The make-mcp software
make-mcp itself runs entirely on your computer. There is no central service and no usage data is sent to me. The software only fetches the documentation sources needed for the MCP server you requested.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
